More than a prescription
Commercial manufacturing is built around the middle of the curve — one strength, one filler, one flavor for everyone. Plenty of people live outside that curve. Liberty exists for them: the patient who reacts to a dye, the child who cannot swallow a tablet, the clinician who needs a strength that simply is not made. We build the medicine around the person.

The process

Your prescriber sends the strength, base and form. A Liberty pharmacist reviews it against our formulation library the same day.

Compatibility, stability and beyond-use dating are checked before a single ingredient is weighed. If something will not hold, we call the prescriber.

Non-sterile work happens under USP <795>; sterile work happens in our <797> cleanroom. Every batch carries its own record.

Third-party potency and sterility results are attached to the batch, then it ships cold-chain or lands at your pickup counter.
Insights
A compounding pharmacy prepares medication from individual ingredients rather than dispensing a pre-manufactured product. That lets us set an exact strength, leave out an ingredient a patient reacts to, or prepare a formulation that is simply not available commercially.
