Medicine madefor one person.Yours.

We formulate prescriptions by hand — the exact strength, the exact base, the exact form your body will actually tolerate. No averages, no leftovers.

More than a prescription

We think dosingshould be personal.

Commercial manufacturing is built around the middle of the curve — one strength, one filler, one flavor for everyone. Plenty of people live outside that curve. Liberty exists for them: the patient who reacts to a dye, the child who cannot swallow a tablet, the clinician who needs a strength that simply is not made. We build the medicine around the person.

Why Liberty

Sterile injectables

What we make

We are launching as a dedicated sterile injectables lab. Every unit is compounded under USP <797> and released only after testing.

The process

From script to shelf, in four steps

  1. 01

    The prescription arrives

Your prescriber sends the strength, base and form. A Liberty pharmacist reviews it against our formulation library the same day.

  2. 02

    We verify the chemistry

Compatibility, stability and beyond-use dating are checked before a single ingredient is weighed. If something will not hold, we call the prescriber.

  3. 03

    It is made by hand

Non-sterile work happens under USP <795>; sterile work happens in our <797> cleanroom. Every batch carries its own record.

  4. 04

    Tested, then shipped

Third-party potency and sterility results are attached to the batch, then it ships cold-chain or lands at your pickup counter.

Frequently askedquestions

A compounding pharmacy prepares medication from individual ingredients rather than dispensing a pre-manufactured product. That lets us set an exact strength, leave out an ingredient a patient reacts to, or prepare a formulation that is simply not available commercially.
