Current shipping coverage for clinic inquiries
Liberty Compounding’s current shipping coverage includes the 21 states below, as of November 7, 2026. This is Liberty’s business coverage list, not an independent audit of every destination-state credential. Clinics can use the linked state guides to find official verification resources and prepare a focused inquiry.
Liberty operates a closed-door pharmacy from Miami Gardens, Florida. A shipping state or city is a destination that may be served, not a claim that Liberty maintains a local branch. Confirm the actual dispensing facility and current destination eligibility when arranging a prescription.

Medication questions and state coverage are different checks
The clinic discussion can include tirzepatide, NAD+, BPC-157, TB-500, Epitalon, KPV, MOTS-c, Semax and sermorelin. These names identify topics for a preparation-specific inquiry, not a stock list, a promise of a particular route or confirmation that every ingredient can be supplied in every state. NAD+ is not a peptide.
Ask the pharmacist to review the precise ingredient, dosage form, patient-specific prescription and intended destination. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Current GLP-1 compounding requirements and the conditions of any peptide policy need review for the particular request; state licensure alone does not settle those questions.
Confirm the destination and fulfillment model before a promise
Give the pharmacy the intended delivery state and address, identify the prescribing clinician and ask whether the proposed arrangement is patient delivery or another permissible model. A clinic’s state does not automatically answer where a patient may receive medication. Recheck a changed address, travel destination or different dispensing facility before fulfillment.
A shipping inquiry is also not an order for unrestricted office stock. Ask the pharmacist which prescription and supporting information are necessary and how acceptance will be communicated. Arrange counseling, written storage and beyond-use instructions, and a contact for a delayed or concerning shipment.
Begin a clinic relationship with a focused inquiry
Call Liberty at (888) 448-0549 to describe the practice, state and medication question. Request the pharmacy’s appropriate prescription-submission channel before sharing patient information. Ask about complete costs, expected steps after review and who will coordinate clarification and follow-up.
The goal is a clear answer for the actual patient and preparation. A current state list helps a clinic find the right starting point; a responsible pharmacy conversation turns it into an accepted, documented plan.
